Amigos de Puerto Peñasco Social Club A fun group that meets for dinner and raffles every month. All monies raised go back to the community of Rocky Point.
American Legion American Legion Post MX15 meets the 2nd Wednesday

Casa Hogar - The Home for the Elderly Casa Hogar is a nursing facility that is funded entirely on donations. Usually staffed by 3
nuns and a few community volunteers, Casa Hogar provides excellent care, with few resources, to many older adults. The residents of Casa Hogar play Loteria (bingo) every Thursday from 4-5 PM. You are welcome to join
in the fun. They always welcome the company. If you like you can participate and help one of the residents play bingo, play yourself or hand out prizes for the winning ticket. If you would like to bring something
with you for bingo you may. The residents of Casa Hogar always welcome refreshments and snacks. If you like you can bring little prizes to donate (small bottles of lotion, shampoo, soap, costume jewelry, small
games, etc.) You do not have to donate anything to participate. They also have a La Hora de Amor on Thursdays from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM where they sing songs and play games. A benefit breakfast is held the first Thursday of each month. For more information please call (011-52-638)

Cholla Bay Sportsmen’s Club A group that gets together once a month for dinner/ and a meeting and raffle.The CBSC sponsors such events as the
annual Fishing Derby and Steak Fry. Monies go to support the radio room in Cholla Bay.
Escuela La Montaña La Montaña School for children with special needs provides services to over 90 children
with various disabilities. Mendita St. Clair, a very special woman, has directed La Escuela for 20 years. Her dedication and faith are inspirational, and she continues to encourage both the students and staff to
reach for their greatest potential.
Esperanza Children’s Home A home, located 15
miles north of Rocky Point, that houses and cares for children that have been abandoned or whose families cannot care for them at the present time.
Esperanza de Vida Mission
Provides Saturday Sunday school, food, clothes, medicine and necessities for families in the barrios.
Guardian Angels
A group that provides a Christmas party and hot meals through the year to Escuela La Montaña, school for the handicapped.
Helping Hands - Manos de Ayuda
A group that provides physical therapy and treatment to those in need.
Ladies Luncheon
A monthly luncheon held at a different restaurant every month. Come meet new friends. Phone Sandy at 383-6325 if you can make it.
Masonic Lodge The Masonic Lodge holds meetings in Puerto Peñasco every other Thursday. Please call (011-52-638) 383-2525 or 383-3018 for more information and location of meetings.
Old Boy’s Social Club Fun is the name of this group that gets together once a month and holds different fundraising events such as the annual Bash and BBQ in Cholla Bay.
Santa Claus Club A
club that collects donations all year and holds a Christmas Day Party at JJ’s Cantina where over 4,000 kids attend and are given toys, bikes and food.
South of the Border Singles - “SOBS”
Group of singles that get together every week at Hotel Playa Bonita for happy hour.
